I would like to provide this letter of reference for Lauren O’Malley who joined Bishop-McCann
on March 20th as a Creative & Production Coordinator. In a full-time capacity, Lauren supported
both our creative (graphic design, creative experience) and executive production teams. She
also owned design projects independently for clients and internally.
Lauren is a stellar project manager, she’s meticulous, creative and receives positive feedback
from clients and internal stakeholders. As an internal stakeholder myself, Lauren joined several
calls with third party vendors on design projects (email campaigns, marketing materials,
presentations, etc). She is a fantastic listener, a trusted advisor and works quickly to meet
deadlines. She produces great designs and a great aesthetic. She reviewed design collaterals
and gave candid and clear feedback. She’s also just fun to work with and is a strong fit with our
company culture, where we value collaboration, impact, inclusion and curiosity. In the last
month, Lauren was going onsite to work closely with executive producers and act in a
production assistant capacity on corporate events. She’s very quick to learn and add value.
This month our company had to make some difficult decisions to reduce headcount and
Lauren’s position was unfortunately eliminated. The decision had nothing to do with
performance, rather it was due to being the last person hired on the team.
I believe Lauren’s skills, approach to work and ethic will make her a wonderful addition to any team.
